What we do

  • Create pathways into employment for young people at risk of     violence or facing barriers to work.
  • Offer apprenticeships, work shadowing, and training     opportunities through our network of local and national businesses.
  • Provide mentorship and tailored support to help young people     build confidence, develop skills, and secure long-term careers.
  • Work closely with businesses to develop inclusive employment     models that ensure equal access to opportunities.

Why It Matters

Manchester has made progress in reducing youth violence, but challenges remain. By focusing on employment, training, and skills development, we provide young people with the tools to build positive futures, reducing the risk of crime and exclusion.
